Cancellations and Refunds: A 25% deposit is required when booking, with another 25% due 60 days before your arrival and the remaining balance due one month prior. Failure to pay the balance may result in cancellation of your reservation. Please note that violating the non-smoking policy will incur an extra $250 cleaning fee.
